Tailored experience

Each of our clients have a dedicated website that their customers use which can be customized to their specific needs. Switchable themes and uploadable logo images allow you to match your own branding.

Direct Payments

All customer payments go directly to you. You hold the balance of your customer's account, with payments made through your chosen processor. This means you have full control over your funds and can manage your cash flow more effectively.

Reduced Fees

Wifi-Wash is a flat rate service. We charge you the same price every month. The only percentage you pay is between you and the processor you choose. Wifi-Wash also offers a Cash-to-Online Kiosk that allows you to collect cash payments with 0% fees.

Standalone devices

The Wif-Wash Cloud Pulse and Cash Kiosk are stand alone devices that work on 2.4ghz WiFi networks. They are designed to be easily integrated into your existing infrastructure. All they need is a power source, a wifi signal, and a coin acceptor connection.

How it works

How Wifi-Wash Works

Wifi-Wash brings modern, cashless convenience to laundromats and car washes using our custom IoT Cloud Pulse devices. Each machine is equipped with a compact WiFi-enabled controller that allows it to be started remotely through your website.

Customers simply create an account on your web store, add funds using your preferred payment processor, and start machines by scanning a QR code, tapping with NFC, or selecting a machine directly from their browser. You remain fully in control—and all customer payments go directly to your account.

Your payment processor, your money.
Payments go straight to your PayPal or Stripe account. Wifi-Wash never touches your money, and we take 0% of transactions.

Cash-to-Online Kiosk.
Our optional WiFi-connected kiosk lets customers load cash into their online account with zero processing fees—perfect for high-cash locations.

The Cloud Pulse controller uses a clean “two-plug” design: one for power, one for activating equipment. It functions like a rugged industrial smart switch.
